the only thing that gets me, and maybe im missing part of the article, but did he get artificially insemenated, or did the man who used to be a woman have sex with a man? What would be the reason for the sex change then?

I wish him all the best. People don't have sex changes to have sex with a certain gender. This person obviously felt they were born a man in the wrong body, and maybe he prefers men. Or, he might be bisexual

i read some of the comments and one said that s/he was married to a woman...so how exactly did s/he get pregnant? that poor child is going to be so confused when they grow up!
