Default Pillsbury GDA starting 11/17

Just got a peek at the circular for next week (this week? I hate that the sales start on Friday now....)
Pillsbury refrigerated rolls, bread sticks, pizza crust 2/$4
Pillsbury ready to bake cookies or pie crust 2/$5
Buy 5 save $5 instantly
I have *lots* of .50/1 coupons making the rolls free

I didn't notice anything else fantastic this week - but if anyone else does - let me know!

Thanks ~

This deal looked great to me when I first saw it, even though these aren't things we'd normally buy. Free? I'm interested!

Looking at my coupons, now, the deal's only so-so. I'd only go for the 2/$4 items, but most of my coups are .25/1 or .50/2, so they'd become .50/ea. That's good, but probably only if these were items we'd definitely want/use.

The wording for the 2/$4 says "Pillsbury Crescent Rolls: Reuglar. Reduced Fat. Garlic Butter or Butterflacke. 8 Oz-10.1 Oz. Or Cinnamon Rolls. Iced or Reduced Fat. 12.4 Oz-13.9 Oz. Or Refrigerated Breads, Dinner Rolls, Bread Sticks, French Loaf or Pizza Crust. 8 Oz - 13.8 Oz Pkg." My few .50/1 ones are for "Oven Baked Dinner Rolls or Mini Loaves," and "Oven Baked Biscuits." Does anyone know if these are included in the buy 5 get $5?

Thanks! If I get to Giant to today I'll post what I find out. I guess since I'm still learning couponing it's fun to research the potential deals - maybe it will always be fun?

Default This is how I did it today....

I bought 3 reduced fat cin rolls, 1 orange cin roll, 1 peanut butter cookie roll
I used 50/1 for all items - the cookie coupon stated cookies - the other ones that I had stated "any grands sweet roll". It wasn't until I got to the register that I realized my rolls weren't "grands".
The coupons took though - nothing beeped.
I ended up spending $0.50 for all of them - or 10 cents each

Also - the Country Crock is on sale for $.75 each and I had a coupon $1/2 making them $.25 each....works for me
I am going to try the Food Lion coupons next.....I haven't done those before....wish me luck!

I bought my 5 items saturday night and did not get my $5 off, so I had to go to customer service to get my money. Other than that, it's a greal deal!

Default Pilsbury coupons

I don't have a Giant store by me but I have tons of Pilsbury coupons that I would send to someone for a SASE. Not sure when this deal ends that was posted.
