Thank you very much. I really try.
Careless would not be my choice of words. I would rather say it is their job to make mistakes and learn from them, with the safety net of their parents and other trusted adults.
Also, if the girl sends that many texts, and they are mainly to 'obsessive texters,' she's most likely sending more than 1 text every 2 minutes. In fact, she's probably sending a couple texts per minute.

Get the kid a Cricket phone. Same fee each month, as long as it is in a Cricket covered area.

We have Metro PCS and they have free unlimited texting... That story sounds like my teen daughter.. You should see her fingers typing.. I could care less how many times she texts.. As long as she has good grades (A's and B's), the right sleep, and is getting her chores done......


Janet..... I have lived in Florida for ever and I have never heard of the cell phone law........ I am talking on my phone all the time while driving and I never get pulled over..
