I am in my 18th week and I heard babys heart beat yesterday by a equipment called "babyone fetal doppler". My huaband get it for me, and I recommend it to every mama! The little heart beats sound so beautiful!!
I think this doppler is very useful and rather cheap! Maybe you can google to find it and have a try!
Welcome to the forum, and congrats!! I agree, it's the most wonderful sound to hear. It didn't hit me completely that I was pregnant until my first checkup and I heard the heartbeat.

Congrats! I bought a monitor from Babies R Us and it says it wont work until the 3rd tri.. But I have high hopes and try everynight anyway . I hope you have a wonderful pregnancy! Keep us updated!
