One of the guy's I play volleyball with told me a funny story about a request his daughter made for her birthday. She's going to turn 5 soon, so they asked her what she wants.
"A new dog because our old one is dead."
Cody passed away over the summer and my friend didn't think she'd really noticed. But apparently she had!
