A Supervisor lied to me!!!
So I was trying to use some EB's tonight -- 8 to be exact (a few old ones and a few new ones). Every single one of them beeped (even the old ones said "Not valid for card scanned"). The Supervisor came by and tried to override them and of course, he could only override one. I asked him to call corporate so they could resolve this since he really did not want to take these coupons. He did and was on the phone for almost 10 minutes. I was right in front of him and watched him read only one coupon number to her. He didn't say very much, but took down her name. I heard him tell another employee that the CS rep told him to go to another cash register and cash them out and let me use that money to pay for the order. So off he went to the other register, where he stood for several minutes. He came back and told me that he couldn't do it -- and he added that the CS rep "couldn't find" these coupons anywhere on my account -- they were not valid.
So I left everything and walked away. On my way home, I called the number myself and asked this CS rep to check the coupons I was using. She checked all of them and found all of them and kept insisting that the Supervisor should have taken all of them when I explained what happened. I asked if she could read the note the last rep left. She said that that rep (the one who talked to the Supervisor) noted that she validated my EB's and walked the Supervisor through how to accept them!!!!!!! So he LIED when he said that she said they were not valid. And I think he just pretended to not know how to cash them out, since she told him exactly how to do it!!!!
What should I do now???? The CS rep said to go back and try calling them again from the store, but I am sick of wasting so much time and being looked at like I am doing something wrong.
