Default A Triploidy Baby Story - This Will Make You Cry

Friends of ours are very thankful for their adult daughter's life
being saved this past week, but are mourning the loss
of their tiny grandson.

Their daughter is married to a minister
and they live in the state of Indiana, USA.

She was pregnant with their 2nd child.
She developed problems
with the end results of a very sad diagnosis of triploidy baby.

Triploidy is a rare lethal chromosome abnormality.
It is caused by the presence of an entire extra set of chromosomes. A baby with triploidy has 69 chromosomes, rather than 46.

The minister/husband has written an account
of the past week's events found here.

That's a pretty amazing story.

The growth of the triploidy cells can actually produce cancer in the mothers body. Very frightening.

I am not sure I can finish it, I am crying so hard. But I had to, that was a reminder that we are watched over. We are loved. I will keep them in my prayers
