Default A twist on naming after family

I'm due -at this point in the game- on January 23rd. My late grandmother's birthday was January 11th. (My other grandmother turns 80 on Saturday!) We'll be scheduling a c-section because it is our last baby and I will be taking myself out of the gene pool as will the hubby after the baby arrives. If they give the green light for us delivering on the 11th I want to give the baby my grandmother's initials. It'll be easy for last name as her maiden name was Burkhart and the baby's will be Brown. Her name was Joan (pronounced Jo Anne) Marie so I was thinking of making lists of names to fill those initials. Unfortunately so far I have only come up with Joseph Michael. I really would lvoe to be having a girl considering I have all boys now.

Anyhoo, I amposting this thread to be open to suggestions for a name fitting the J.M. initials for boy or girl. We will not be finding out the sex of the baby before the birth so we have a long time to decide.

I think that is a cool way to keep the memory alive for your grandma:
Jessica Madison
Janae Morgan
Jaycee Marie
Jocelyn Michelle
Jana Marlene
Janelle Morgan
Jenna Marie
Julia Macy or Julia Marie
Julianna May
Joleen Morgan
Jori Madeline
Josaphine Morgan
Other names that start with M that will be good for middle names, Madison, Maren, Marlene, Marilyn, Monique, Michelle, Michaela, May

Thanks! I especially like Julia Marie. Hubby has always liked the name Julia.

That is such a great way to honor your grandma!
Maybe:
Joy Marie
Jamie Marie
Jessica Marie
Joanna Marie
Have you gone on a baby name site and looked at J names? They have really unique ones.

That is so sweet! I've always loved being named for my grandmothers

Anna -- great-grandmother
Mae -- maternal grandmother
Kathleen -- paternal grandmother

My girls have great-grandmother's names for their middle names, as well! Good luck in your choices!

I don't have any idea for a middle name, but I have always loved the name Joelle.

I've been thinking of soomething revolving around Jo or Joe but on the other hand I am still searching my 3 baby name books for something just right even if it means losing the J.M. initials.
Time will tell.

Thank you for your input, ladies!
