This is the second month that they have denied my rebate submission. First one was in November for over 30.00. They said that I did not circle any of the items for the different rebate numbers (I was sure to check before I sent my receipts). I did not do another one untill last month for over thirty dollars again lol. I called to check on it today and was told that it was denied because none of the items were found for the rebate numbers. Okay something is going on because I only bought the items that the rebates were for and I was sure to check the right box. Of coarse I did not have a copy and am not sure what dates I got it on so I can not go back and get an electronic tape copy lol. Anyways, they said that when looking up my information that I had different names on the computer. Hmmm can that be why? maybe they are mixing my information up with someone elses with a similar name? I only use one name when sending in my info and since it has been happening the last two times that I sent it something must be wrong. How discouraging.
