I recently wrote about a coworker's granddaughter and her major heart surgery.
WELL.....
She's off the ventilator, all her chest tubes are out, AND she had her chest closed and later had her stitches removed. Her heart is beating strong and she's a beautiful shade of pink!
She's a month old now and mom just had the chance to hold her baby girl for the first time this week. What a miracle this little girl is!
