?? about double coupons
Does your Kroger double coupons that are internet printed? I went today and used a few that stated "do not double" so the cashier did not double them. But in the past they have always doubled them regardless of what they stated.
Just wondering how they do it in your neck of the woods.
TIA

The past couple times they have doubled ones that say DND. I wasn't going to try them but when I heard that others had used IP that said DND I thought I'd try it too. By the way, I'm in Lansing, MI.

I'm in KY and mine have always doubled. My store seems to have a limit of 5 (of the same coupon) doubling, though. But the cashiers (especially the young guy) are okay with me getting multiple transactions.

Today when I shopped at Kroger, I had about nine manufacturer's coupons from a newspaper insert and one internet coupon from Misssion Tortilla company. The cashier said, "We don't take internet coupons." I told her that the last time I was in the store, the other cashier took my internet coupon. She said, "Well, she wasn't supposed too. We haven't allowed those for years." Does anyone know if Kroger has any policies against these or was she just making this up? I plan to call the manager of my Kroger tomorrow to see if this is true, but I wanted to get some other's thoughts, opinions, experiences. Thanks!

Hello well I live in Ga and last summer they told me the samething so I called the corp. and they had a regional manager call me and she said that they do take the coupons as long as they are not for Free iteams ( like a coupon for free coffee or something like that ) I explained to her that I was in this store for 2 hours and that they did not want to take them and after going around and around the manager said that he would do it this time but this will be the last time . So I called the corp and told them that I will not be back & they called me back & gave me a 25.00 gift card for all of that . So then I had her call my store and talk to that manager and let him know that they do take them . About 30 min later he called to tell me he was sorry and that he hopes to see me again . So with all of that said just call the Corp and let them know & they do dubble. Good luck !!!!

Thanks! I did e-mail the Corp last night. If I don't hear a reply soon, I'll definitely call.

Well, this is the e-mail reply I received from Kroger. Any thoughts?? Do you think calling might help?
Thank you for contacting Kroger concerning Internet coupons.
Due to the increasing fraud of print at home coupons, we are no longer
accepting coupons printed from internet sites.
We truly apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
Thank you for shopping Kroger.
