Just print that and ask at customer service. I've never used an internet coupon at Acme, but the one I go to has a sign stating that they will take them, just not the free ones just like your email said.

Thank you for contacting Acme Customer Care. We received your email regarding our internet coupons acceptance policy.
We appreciate the time you took to contact us. Acme does not accept internet coupons for free product. Legitimate internet coupons typically:
-Are labeled as a "Manufacturer Internet Coupon"
-Contain an Expiration Date or state "No Expiration Date"
-Contain Terms & Conditions
-Contain the URL (website address) of the distributing website
-Contain the words "Manufacturer Internet Coupon" (shaded in gray) in the legal text
-Must include a "Send to" or "Mail to" address for redemption by the store
We hope you find this information helpful.
Again, thank you for contacting Acme Customer Care. If we can provide any information or be of service to you in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or by calling 1-877-932-7948.
