It might be easier to just ignore my final price, and just go by the items, but here's how I got my totals.
The Jergens is 5.49 - 1.00 q doubled = 3.49 - 2 you'll get back from the catalina for that item.
Filippo oil 6.99 - 1 q doubled = 4.99 - 2.50 you'll get back from the cat.
What I did is take 30.00 and divide it by the amount of the item (for instance colgate 2.50). So 30/2.50 = 12. I'd need to buy 12 colgates to hit 30 for the deal. So 2.50 x 12 = 30.00 - 10 (for the cat) = 20/12 = 1.67 - 2.50 for the q = overage of .83 before tax.
I like to know what my 'final' price would be (just don't use my final prices when figuring up your oop).

I did the deal didn't print out the 10 coupon and customer service is not good say has to be 30 and of course can't be 30 if I use coupons and I call the 1877 safeway and the guy on the other end said yes my totla is even less than 20 It won't give out the coupon . who can I complain about?
