Default Infant loss/miscarriage & grief

How do you know if the way you're feeling is normal or if it's depression or anxiety or something else?? When you lose a baby do they even consider depression or is it always just "oh you just lost a baby give yourself time"....how much time should be given?! I'm so tired of feeling like this. I try to go out for walks or when we had money I would get things I needed or wanted...and I am thankful for what I have but those feelings are always there and never really go away. I'm proud of my daughter and I love her so much and she does make me happy but I am also still so hurt and sad at the same time.
This is what I've been feeling:
extra tired all the time
not hungry but I eat because I think I'll feel better but then I don't
extra moody
short temper
antsy/nervous for no good reason
often frusterated over little things
lonely
ugly/fat/just not good enough
helpless/hopeless
hard to concentrate/can't focus
unorganized
sore
