I had my 6 week check up over a week ago and AF hadn't arrived yet. My ob told me I could start my bc pill that Sunday and it would help to start to regulate me again. I started yesterday my second week, and tonight I feel like AF is coming. When I wipe there was what looked liked blood (tmi sorry).
I guess my question is can AF still show up even though I started the pill?
You can still bleed on the pill.
After each of my girls were born, it took at least two different BC methods before I found something that worked properly. I guess my hormones were so wacked out that what I was originally on, wasn't doing the trick anymore. Give it some time, if it continues, you'll probably have to talk to your Dr and change things up a bit.
