Kaydee has been letting go of the furniture for a few days now and standing alone..


well today she TOOK HER FIRST STEP WITHOUT HOLDING ONTO ANYTHING!!!!!



She stepped from one couch to the next w/o holding


She wont be 9 months until the 30th, so I know she will be walking before her sister did (10 1/2 months)


Let the games begin....

Wow, WTG!! She's an early mover, huh! Kenzie can stand for about 5-20 seconds if we let go of her. No where near those 1st steps! She'll be running in a few weeks!

Tiff was really young when she did that too. But then she wouldn't go more than one step!!!! Silly girl. She would crawl to the middle of the room, stand up, drink her water, then get down and crawl to the table and walk around the table. She didn't end up walking around for real until after her first b-day!!!!!!! What a boogie!!!! But, she didn't have a Jaeclyn to chase around either!

They're from one of those numbered playmats. Our dog ate it while we were out so I tried to at least salvage something. So, we've been using them since her fourth month. I think I have up to 9 months and then I'll have to get creative!

i def will! I will atleast video her standing alone....its cute because she lifts her hands away from whatever she used to stand up on then doesnt move her hands are just frozen there


we are at the IL's right now and its storming so bad...but i have my camera so i will post something later!!

well I was trying to catch her all day "in the act" but she was only letting go when I had the camera...too interested in it to walk away..

but on the plus side....i caught her on camera saying "big" finally!! She has said it a couple of times recently, but never around anyone else

haha yea not been fun already...had to loswer the crib matress because shes trying to escape lol
