Default Albertsons' Doubles/Triples (February 26-27)

We have confirmation from several cities in Texas about the major couponing event this weekend. Triples up to and including .75; doubles .76 up to and including $1.

I know some here are very active, so let's share the wealth of knowledge in finding those FREE or near FREE bargains. Here's a few coupon matches from this week's ad.

Suave shampoos & conditioners .87 - $1 doubled = overage
Pop Tarts 6-ct BOGO $2.39 - .40/1 tripled - .40/1 tripled = FREE
Quaker Take Heart Oatmeal $2 - $1/1 doubled = FREE
General Mills Cereals $2 - $1/1 (peelie) doubled = FREE
Totino's Pizza Rolls $1 - .50/1 tripled = overage
Carefree Pantiliners $1 - .55/1 or .40/1 = overage
Pepcid AC $1 - $1/1 doubled = overage

I saw a cardboard display sign in the front end of one store advertising $5 off WYB 5 participating Unilever food items when you use the Preferred Card. It did not indicate applicable dates, so I asked a manager who said it just came in a few weeks ago and would still be in effect this weekend. He said the $5 comes immediately off the ticket when you buy the five products (no waiting to use a catalina). YMMV

Participating Unilever food items? The display pictured Wish-Bone dressing, Lipton tea bags, Ragu sauce, and a few others. I asked the manager if the deal included all Unilever food items and he said it should. So, YMMV

You can get some ideas by researching the Unilever website for food products (Lipton, Hellmann's, Ragu, Country Crock, Wish-Bone, Slim-Fast, and Bird's Eye). Won't really know until someone tries with items pictured and not pictured on the display because I also could not say if there are any size restrictions.

Kleenex Anti-Viral 60 ct. $1 - .30/1 tripled = .10

Pair in conjunction with the B3G1 or B2G1 to sweeten the deal.

someone cleared my store of these need to go to another store to hopefully find some more.

i guess the cottonelle toilet paper deal cannot beat the CVS 7.99 b1g1 deal.

So, how did we all do? I was getting frustruted with ending on too many positive totals (due to mistakes), but I got a few things corrected at the stores and need to still go back to get a couple of more corrections. This WAS my obsession for the weekened, but I came out fine when I compiled my totals.

price rung $875.35
paid $43.00
rebates $33.00
net $10.00
