Default Am I worthy for the Green Monkey Award this year?

Ok... you don't know what that is... it's something my mom's family came up with when someone did some outragously stupid thing that occurs yearly.

This is my story: A few days ago, I called my friend who was visiting her boyfriend in Minisota for a month. I asked her for what time she was going to arrive at the airport, She told me 10:00. She didn't want her mom to pick her up for personal reasons. Yesterday, my parents wanted to watch Gloria and I let them. I told them that they should watch her till after church the next morning because I had to get my friend. Well, I didn't realize something... what time of day. James and I get to the airport at 10 am in the morning, parked in short-term parking and went to the waiting area in the airport. We waited and waited.... no show? I call her up and asked if she was here yet. She said "huh?" I asked "Weren't you suppose to get her at at 10 am?" She said "no, I am getting in at 10pm." 10 PM. I was like how could this be... she didn't say anything about AM or PM. She started to laugh and said I would have let my mom get me if was in the morning. We hung up and left the airport and went home.

Now I have to come back and get her at 10 PM. lol. I feel dumb.
