Prayers for my Aunt please...
Hi everyone...My Aunt Sandy is in hospital again...she will be starting radiation again on Monday...the cancer has now spread to her spine...she was having a lot of difficulty getting around up and down stairs etc...she is in quite a bit of pain...She was undergoing chemo but hasn't had a treatment in about 3wks b/c she was getting quite sick/weak...She was going to start that up again next week but now instead will be receiving radiation...Prayers for strength, comfort and healing would be greatly appreciated for her...thank you...

Listing your dear Aunt up in prayer for strengthening, healing, and comfort. Prayers to Jesus!
Could a ramp be built to help her with the stairs? Or one of those electric lift chairs to go up the stairs be installed?

sorry to hear about that Heather. will be praying for your aunt. queenangie has some good ideas about the stair situation (she is full of good ideas!).  |

No ramp necessary b/c no stairs outside just a walk way right up to the door...not sure if the electric chair lift would work or not on her stairs but maybe...I guess for the time being while she undergoes the radiation and for the pain she is in, the hospital is I guess the best place for her...She did have a neighbour bring her in dinner last nite and breakfast this morning which was a great help to her...My parents are going to go and see her this w/e...they will stay at her house and then visit her in the hospital...This is hard on my mom...she and my aunt are close...Thanks for your prayers ladies...they are greatly appreciated.!!!

Hi everyone...I just wanted to bring you up to date again...my aunt is not doing very well...she is still in the hospital...not able to walk any further than the end of her bed...My mom talked to her doctor yesterday and the doc said she isn't God but from a scientific and medical viewpoint.....she has given my aunt 3 mths....we are all saddened by this news...We do know that miracles can and do happen though!!!...My mom and dad and my uncle and aunt went down Mon. and saw her and she is on a constant morphine drip with the button in hand if she needs an extra jolt...her thought processes are scattered at times...more than likely the morphine...
Anyway, continued prayers for comfort, healing, strength and courage would be appreciated...please remember my mom, Moira in your prayers too...she is having a difficult time with this...It is actually my Aunt Sandy's 64th birthday tomorrow!!
