Child support laws are absolutely insane. I am so glad that we can work things out with DH's ex ((she too was exhausted by domestic relations, so now they do things their way, and it works for them)) and we are done dealing with the court. It is really really hard for the father and the fathers family to actually live, and the mom never seems to care, it's so heartless. It's like they are angry that the father moved on and continued with his life, so she is doing everything in her power to make things hard. Horrible. Child support laws NEED to be changed some how. I don't know one person who is happy with things the way they are with the laws that are in place now.




How WOULD one go about changing that??
