ok im new here trying to find out some answers cause from what i can see pa sucks. im from ny born and raised moved to pa for only 6 mo cause i hated it down there. but long story short i met my husband while i was there and moved him and his son back to ny with me. for 3 yrs we paid child support on his daughter of $300.00 a mo. this last april his ex-wife regained custody of daughter from juvy hall. my husbands income has gone up $1.00 an hr and yet when his ex-wife went for support the more than doubled his support to $643.00 a mo. we tried fighting it as they used our taxes with my income. we just got a letter from lycoming courts yesterday saying we sent fake w2's. my w2's. so all was denied. we have a house payment , car payment reg payments (food,ins,elec ect.) and 2 children under 3 yrs old. his daughter is 18. his daughter has issues and recieves ssi wich is suposed to be taken off our support but wasnt. why when we were handed pa state guidelines where none of them followed. now my husband is looking at going to jail next mo because we cant afford almost $700.00 a mo. we send them money every other week mostly $50.00-$75.00 but were trying. and lovley lycoming county says its not good enough. im telling you i cant wait till this kid graduates in june.
