Default another question

our routine has gone something like this: nurse for 30min-1hour, supplement with 30ml of formula (or breast milk when available), pump for 15 minutes, repeat. today i am trying to give less supplement and nurse more frequently. i have been nursing almost non stop for 5 hours now. just a few 5-10 minute breaks (used for food/water/potty). this is leaving me no time to pump (let alone wash pump parts). i have only pumped twice today and normally i pump 7-9 times a day. i am assuming it is better to put the babies to breast if i have to choose between pumping and feeding. am i right, or should i give a supplement which would give me the time i need to pump?
