Since April, I have been keeping my number of ECBs under 10 because I had major problems Jan-April with the registers saying the ECBs were not for my card and the cashiers had to force them through. I haven't had any problems lately but this week I have gone over the 10 limit and have 15 EBC on one card. Does anyone know if this problem is fixed at the registers? Is there still a 10 ECB limit? How many EBCs do ya'll have on your cards? Is anyone having problems using them? TIA

I don't want to jinx myself, but I haven't had problems and have consistently held more than 10 on more than one card. HTH

Not that kind of ECB problems, but this afternoon I bought the Schick Quatro razor, which rang up at next week's price for $6.49, and it did NOT give me my $5 ECB. Now I have to try and explain it Monday at the store... I did not notice no ECB when I checked out.

Wow, I'm glad that I didn't try the Quattro's I found tonight. I'd noticed that the price was 6.49, not 6.99 as in the ad. I wondered if would screw up the ECBs. The razors had the free ear buds which I thought might double the chances of it not working. I did want them though....


I bought the 6g Lamisil advanced gel tonight, around 9:20pm and no ecb printed out. They gave me $10 gc though.

Tonight my dh bought the Men's Schick Quattro (which rang up as $5.99)and the Lamasil. The ECBs did not print for either products. I had him run back and grab a Women's Schick for me instead in hopes that mine would generate the ECB, and it did. I don't know why the Lamasil didn't...he got the same one I bought earlier in the week and I got the ECB for it then. Our favorite cashier said we'd probably need to call CS about it. I did mention to her that they are saying now that it has to be done on store level...but we told her we are very patient people and can call CS in a couple days, and if they can't help, we'll just come back to the store and that sounded good to her. That's $15 in ECBs my husband is owed, but he said even if he doesn't get it, he still made like $5 in ECBs on his order anyway!!! My hubby is awesome

Its a big problem when the stores change over their prices. I dont know why they change over so early. My 24 hour store said theirs change at midnite. Havent tested it lately, but I've been ok on Sat nites with prices, so far. Knock on wood.
I do remember that last October I got the Pantene on sale on Saturday eve for next weeks prices and got Ecb's but that was a big monthly deal.
I'm going to ask the managers at my stores when prices change, this way I can try to get done shopping before that time.

I got the mens Titanium and it had the free thing in it, got it for correct price and ECB.

You were lucky to get the gift card. My stores still tell me to call. I hate that.

Look at bottom of receit and see if it states buy $20 of health items and receive $15 ECB's. The lamisil is part of this weeks deal. It happened to me Friday night. The store had already enter this weeks ad in the system and since lamisil is part of this weeks deal it washed out the deal for getting $10 back.(crazy i know)
Manager gave me a $10 GC for buying the lamisil. I made out better this way because I now already have $16.49 towards this weeks deal. I finished it off last night by buying a excedrin bringing my total over $20 and got back a $15 ECB
My store is a 24 hour store so on Sat. night the ECB's start printing that night for the next weeks deals.................
