Default Any good ways to alleviate stress

i dont even know if i spelled that right

Updates on my life:

Kevin is in school full time and as of today FINALLY is back on unemploymentWe will be receiving $3000 in back unemply. in the next week. Thank goodness we can finally pay people back and catch up! Kevin is top of his class right now and LOVES school...which is weird because he shows no emotion for anything haha

I am now in charge of my studio at work. Its all mine Pretty good since I have been with the company for less then 6 months. Its just VERY stressful and I dont see my family EVER. I am just not ever home and when I am, its usually on the phone the whole time with one of my employees or boss or someone lol.

We are looking into Disney vacation for November...i want to do it kind of like a graduation gift for Kevin and birthday presents to me and the girls...im am praying we can find something pretty cheap and do-able. I am open for all suggestions!

My grandmom's funeral is next Friday. Not looking forward to that at all. On a good note, my dad is taking over the law suit my grandmother started. My Pop (dads, dad) was pretty much killed in the hospital 3 years ago. He went in for a hip replacement (nothing crazy) and died of an infection that the hospital and the nursing home all decided to ignore. It was crazy. So its getting ready to go to trial and they are suiing the hospital, doctor and nursing home he was at to recover. The lawyer said they werent looking at a few thousand dollars. My dad said if they win the case he is buying us a house.... FINALLY!

Sorry I dont get on as much as I would like too...im lucky if I get a chance to breathe!!!

Congrats to new babies and BABY DUST to those trying to concieve!!

ETA:

Jaecy is in 2 pageants coming up, one this weekend and the other May 30th. They are the real deal dress/make up ones. We wont be doing the tanning or fake teeth tho. And I dont think I will be doing too much makeup either. We will see how made up the other girls are. She is getting her hair done and got her "Princess dress" as she calls it and her "Princess shoes" she walks around in her high heels ALL DAY LONG lol

here is a pic of the dress, not that great because it was taken with my cell phone

She looks beautiful and so proud of herself. Tanning and fake teeth? What for?

As for Disney - I'll look into some stuff. What airport do you fly out of?

Know that feeling of being overwhelmed at work - high energy for you - good that you are doing this. And you'll see, Kevin being in school will all be worth it.

who knows...most of the pageants allow all of that on babies as young as 1 I think its sad...if you kid isnt gorgeous pale and with some crooked baby teeth, then dont have them in pageants haha. she is VERY proud of herself...she has actually been lining her dolls up as "judges" and practicing her walk for Saturday lol She is very excited to blow them a kiss!

We will be flying out of PHL airport...we also would like to stay at Disney all star Movies, and have the upgraded meal plan (I think its 2 meals a day and 3 snacks?)

Congrats on your job! That's really great, apart from the being so busy- are you enjoying the work still?
Jaecy is such a little poser! I love seeing her pics- she's just too cute. Good luck on the weekend at the pageant!!

Wow, you have a lot going on right now.
Maybe I've missed this, what is Kevin going to school for? Congrats on moving up in your job so quickly, that is wonderful!
Good luck with the upcoming pageants too!

Make sure you try to get the breakfast with Mickey!!! It is a buffet style breakfast and all the charactors come so you can get their signatures in a book for the girls. We went in 99 I was 14 and I loved it!!! They do some crazy amazing things and I think that is my best memory of my Disney vacation. Also dont waste your money on Disney Bucks unless they changed it they have no significance at all and you can not get your money back if you dont spend them.

Thanks Kristin I will remember that!

And Kevin is going to school for Auto Body/Paint technology. It stuff he has always been super interested in, so it suits him well.

I do enjoy my job still, just not as much. I almost get nervous going into work now because Im still not the best at what to do when a customer is unhappy and wants a refund...we dont do ANY refunds, only re-takes,re-prints etc. That just makes for more drama...but other then that I LOVE it still

Makes a lot of sense to not do refunds. Otherwise you would have wacky people keeping their proofs, duplicating them, and saying oh I am so unhappy gimme my money back. A retake is reasonable.

Just stay calm and explain company policy - period. That's all you can do!

And that is just so cute that she lines up her dolls and play acts like they are judges. Got an actress or screenwriter in the future?
