I actually don't know the schedule for the supermarkets and when they are doubling. I just pay attention to the coupon websites (my sister is a huge couponer and she usually clues me in). She actually just told me that A & P is definitely tripling next week and PathMark may do the same and follow along.
As far as where I got the coupons - the sunday paper and trading of course!
