When I was put on bedrest for unexplained bleeding (I went to the hospital 4 times and at one point I was slightly dialated), my mother had to help with my daughter. I tried just letting her do whatever throughout the day, and only getting up to get her something to drink and eat and change her diaper, but the bleeding would come back but worse. So my mother came over stayed with us and took care of Dia while my husband was working. She lives in a different county, so to save on gas she stayed throughout the week and went home on the weekends. She drove me crazy towards the end, but here I am at 37 weeks! Is there anyone who could do something similar for you?

Yes, you need help with your two darlings.
You need to be on bedrest for your health and for your baby's health.

Can you have family come and stay as Fallingidols1 suggested?
Or maybe hire a neighbor girl 12 - 14 to be your mother's helper this summer
with those two.
Next choice: have someone take them to daycare.

How about someone from your church bringing you meals or helping with other things?

I was on bedrest due to bleeding with DS#2 and DS#1 was 2 1/2 at the time.
It lasted almost a month of bedrest.

During which, we bought a home, DH painted the new house, friends and family moved us, and we had the kitchen remodeled.

My good friend, Karen, came and packed my good china and the kitchen for me.
She offered and I took her up on it. I had forgotten about this until typing just now and
that meant so much to me.

I had my behind up on a pillow and my head on a pillow too on the sofa.

I was very Blessed with family and friends. My DS#1 was a very good little boy.

(((Hugs)))
