Unhappy Anyone with a diagnosis recognize these symptoms?

Hi There!
I just brought my 15 month old daughter in for a check up, she is only 18lbs & she still cant talk or walk. The doctor said we should wait another 3 months & see what happens but Im really am at a loss right now and I feeling rather nervous, not sure if I should stop worrying & wait it all out or if I should start looking into different test. I have a 27 month old son & a 6 year old daughter that never had a problem with being under weight, were talking early & walking on time, so that I think is the biggest thing that scares me. Has anyone else gone through anything like this? Thanks for all you support. Oh yeah & well pregnant w/ her my AFP test (? I believe thats what its called?) came back very irregular, to the point where I had to see specialist & get 3D ultrasounds, but from the way she looked on the sonagram everything was seeming to be normal? I dont want to put her through useless test after test for nothing to be wrong, but Im beginning to feel like I may have to... Thanks agian for listening, any suggestion would be so welcomed!!!

some kids don't walk til 18mths and that still considered "on time"... with talking she she saying nothing at all or just a few words (my daughter didn't really start saying a lot of words til recently... she's 20 mths)? with the weight, was she small at birth? is she BF? has she not put on much weight, if any, since last check up or loss weight? is she short?... during 12 to 18 mths my daughter's weight really slowed down due to illnesses and teeth plus she was going through the toddler food fussiness stage... i found that keeping a food diary help to see what she was eating, i try to make sure she was having 6 small meals rather than 3 large meals, and higher calorie foods like yogurt, also if she was refusing everything i offered then (as much as i hated it) i would offer her something i knew she loved even if it was a sugary food (as my dr said "better something than nothing")
