Default Applying for a home loan!

Hi everybody, I am going to apply for a home loan and in this regard would like to get the necessary advices on that. I have taken care of all the loan requirements and I think that all are in place. But, as a pre-check, I would like to know what requirements you would consider as liable for this purpose.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Default Re:Applying for a home loan

Getting a home loan nowadays is not as difficult as it was earlier. I had my cousin take a home loan a few months back and he got it without any hassles. The only thing that I would like to make a note of other than the documents is you credit scores. These are very important in terms of getting a home loan and you should make sure that you have a good credit score. In case of low credit scores, there are services available to help you get your credit scores in a better shape.

It depends on your income. The biggest factor taken into consideration is your debt-to-income ratio. You will be financed based on this; no one is going to give you a loan that is more than you can afford. The ratio determines what you can afford and you can be financed accordingly.
