What is an endcap? I'm kind of new at this ECB thing but I thought I had it figured out until you guys started mentioning endcap.... what's that?

when you turn your cart around at the end of the aisle- look back over your shoulder at the end of that aisle- that is the endcap- they stack cardboard dealies on it that don't fit in the regular shelves. try the makeup aisle and the medicine aisle...and if you can't figure it out- pay no attention. it won't matter at all.....just ask a clerk next time- say- i can't find the " whatever"- can you show me where it is? and as you walk over, just say" and is it on the endcap by the medicine? oh, thank you so much".

Today, I purchased oral-b pulsar toothbrush at $5.99 ( upc 3-00416 66630 3, soft regular 40, battery is included) and have not received ECB. It does not have "pro-health" on it. Did I purchase the wrong type

I am in Massachusetts ,and I bought 2 Softsoaps...Got credit for both, and also got credit for the Crest Natural Tootpaste's
But DID NOT get any ECB's for the Oral B Pulsar Toothbrush..
