I was wrong about the manual one-- that Pulsar is soooo small for having a battery-- it is the Pulsar on bucks!

I really hope I did not make life difficult for anyone here.
I feel awful.
I just went out to the store for a quick trip, since I was told this morning about some items being no limit, and some being limit 5, although they were advertised as being only limit 1. I bought 4 more softsoaps, 2 oral-b toothbrushes and 2 listerines.
Nothing printed out!
So I called Corporate again, and talked with a different rep, and get this, he said that this morning what the rep told me was correct at the time, but A FEW HOURS AGO, they got an update with changes to the limits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This morning they told me that Softsoap was limit 5, and the rep has confirmed that it is still limit 5.
But the Oral-B Pulsar toothbrush is only limit 1. I was told it was unlimited.
And the Listerine Tooth Defense is only limit 1. I was told it was unlimited.
I'm going to get credit for all these through Corporate since it was their mistake, but if you have not yet gone out, follow the new limits of Softsoap (5), Oral-B (1) and Listerine (1).

There is another thread saying that the instant ECB are down today. They cant connect to their servers. So hopefully that is it and the CSR doesnt know whats up.

Also, calling on deal rules:

1. Never call
2. Dont call
3. See #1 and #2

Can you explain the reason for the "deal rules"? Again, I'm sorry if I messed things up for people by giving misinformation.

Generally this goes for any store. If there is a clearance at a store you call and ask do you have any in stock they check see that it is a crazy deal and tell you nope none here. They bought them themselves.

Calling other places when there is a higher limit than expected, price lower than advertised, they are alerted to change it.

i knew this was too good to last for long but wasnt expecting this to explode in a just a day!! yep, it is always, never call, dont call, esp if there is a too good deal going on. I got two pulsars this morning (no ecb printed ofcourse) and looks like i will have to return one. Boy, if they reset the limits, these deals will come crashing down from what seemed like a great month.

how many open ecb do you have? you should have at least gotten credit for one if limits actually have changed. And was it the prohealt kind of pulsar?

Another thred stated that some CVS were having problems connecting to the server, but other say no. Also, the limit for open ecb is supposedly 10 now not 30.

i went in around 2pm EST and my ECBs printed, so the server down issue must be fixed.
