Default are cough drops a no no?

Hi ladies...i have come down with a bad head cold. I have not taken anything for it even though doc said i could take sudafed i didn't......but now my throat is so soar. Can I suck on a Halls mentholyptus cough drop or can we not have them during pregnancy? I am in my 26th week.

i don't know about that particular brand, but i know some are ok and some aren't... best to take to your dr

better to consult your doctor. as they say better safe than sorry. but my mother went through a similar experience while pregnant with our little brother and she just remained with the water and steam therapy.

A normal hard boiled sweet will give the same effect, they will taste a lot better too.
