To carry forward our conversation about selling houses in 2008, we thought it would be a good idea of members could share information with one another about their property. This way we get a good look at how prices compare in different areas, and we can give one another feedback for better results.
This is NOT a place for advertising houses, sales, auctions, etc. Families.com assumes no responsibility for the information posted here. This is NOT for Realtors to post properties they have listed, or solicitations from mortgage brokers, or "we buy houses for cash" types. This is just for home sellers to chat with one another, and those interested in buying a house to ask questions.
I work with Realtors publicizing properties. If you are a real estate agent trying to promote a listing, I will figure it out and get rid of you. If you are a real estate agent soliciting buyers and sellers, I will figure it out and get rid of you. Please don't do that. If you are a real estate agent who wants to participate in the discussion and offer honest feedback, ask questions, we WELCOME you.
