Default Are you well??

People everywhere are looking to lead healthier, balanced, and financially secure lives. Wellness has four key factors:

Physical wellness: we need to support our healthy lifestyle by including good nutrition, exercise, natural supplements, and vitality products. Do you have some weight to lose? Maybe, you need to lower your cholesterol. Could it even be psoriasis or eczema that plauges you? Are you eating enough fruits and vegatables?

Environmental wellness: we need to contribute to the environment by avoiding harmful ingredients and chemicals. Do you know what is in the products you use? Are you trying to go green by wanting to use eco-friendly products? Have you been recycling and conserving gas? Do you support your local farmer?

Personal wellness: we need to have time for family and social commitments, feel good about who we are and what we do. Know that when our name is spoken it is spoken with trust and have a willingness to help others. Do you have feelings of peace? Would you like to be rewarded for helping others? Are you lead by example?

Financial wellness: financial wellness is more then being able to pay our bills. We need to live within our means and experience the rewards of living a debt-free lifestyle which can bring peace of mind. Ones financial situation can bring a lot of stress and worry, or a lot of security. Do you need to pay off debt? Maybe save for retirement or a child's college education?

Many people are strong in one area and weak in another. So ask yourself, do you meet the criteria for wellness?

Interesting topic. I think I could improve on all fronts - I'm eating well, and I exercise a lot, but I still have a lot of colds - we just discovered some mildew though that might be contributing to it - so we bought a dehumidifier and we're treating it to get rid of it.

I eat a lot of organic stuff - but I could do more recycling.

As for money - I'm self employed, the business is doing 'ok' but we could do better - we have big plans for this year though, so hope they come off. If they do that will reduce stress levels big time... I think it's worth the stress at the moment though, because the good days are really really good
