Default B1G1 and B2G1 question

Ok, I'm pretty sure that I have this figured out in my head, but I thought I'd see what everyone else thought. Here's the scenario:

Store is having a sale of B1G1 Free
I have coupons for those products for B2G1 Free

I'm planning on buying 8 items, using 2 coupons and paying for 2 items. Here's how my brain figured it out:

To fulfill the requirements of one of the coupons, I would need 2 items, one I pay for, the second one is free due to the sale. That gives me a third item free which would be the first of the next B1G1, so I should get a 4th item free. B1G3 then and when I use 2 coupons I get B2G6 Free. Does this look right or is my brain really just totally fried. I wanted to make sure before I went to the store. Thanks all!
