How long does baby acne last for?? Scarlette has bumps ALL over her face, and it's been over a month now and I'm starting to get a little concerned that it's a rash or something? She hasn't had a fever and I haven't used anything new with her ((it was there before we started cereal))... could it be just acne, or should I be concerned??
