[Kats Playland]

From what I've always been told it's ok to have a baby shower for a second time if you're having a baby of the opposite sex or there's a decent size gap between the pg.
I already had one when I was pg with my daughter, and now we're starting to plan one for this pg. Is that so wrong of me?? I mean the only things I can use for this baby is the crib, pack-away crib, car seats, and stroller. I'm just getting upset about how my some of my DH react when we tell them we are doing one for this pg. *I am carring a boy and I really don't think he want's to wear pink and dress!!*

I'm just getting upset with the way they act about the whole situation. I mean I know we're trying to throw this a few days after Thanksgiving and everything, but I rather do it then than right before Christmas!! IDK... I just wish they wouldn't look at me like I'm being a spoiled brat about it.

Not to mention, my DH cousin made her "huge announcement" she just found out she was expecting! *Sorry, I didn't mind it, but she should have waited til the end of the shower not the start of it...*

Sorry! Now I'm just venting and rambling! *Sigh*
