Well, we just got back from our trip to Ohio. It is supposed to be our vacation, but since most of our families live up there it ends up being a stressfull week of trying to see everyone!!!!!!
We do one day where his moms side of the family all come to see us. And we spend one day with his dad. And one day with my brother and his family (2 grown kids and their families) time flew by. We did manage to go to the fair with Tiffany all day on Saturday. And we took her to the park 2 times. But everyday we had to watch the clock to get to some arrangement on time. We got home late on friday and spent Sat and Sunday trying to relax a little.
We had a great time though. Lots of fun.
We both agree that we probably won't be going back next year though. I think it is time we take a real vacation. Just me, dh and the kids!!! (By then there will be 2!!!
) Just because we live 5 states away doesnt' mean that our vacation has to revolve around family!!
