Default back pain? this could help

I have a fairly new, last 3 months, blog on relieving back, neck and shoulder pain called

http://backbebetter.blogspot.com or Back Be Better.

While I have articles on relief through yoga, exercises, information and products, I thought I would ask for some specific ideas from people who have experienced back, neck and shoulder pain.

What do you need to know? What would help you most?

Thanks Dave

Thanks Davie,
I don't have back pain but my back is sore probably from my matress. I got a 5 minute massage yesterday, and boy did that feel good.

my partner suffers from back pain and he blame it on the mattress.so he went out and bought a memory bed where it moulds to your body and it cost us £1400 and guess what we had it 1 week and he still gets a bad back
