Default Bananas

Here is a strange question...... I hope someone has the answer.

How much banana is too much for a 14 month old.
Tiffany loves bananas. So much that she shakes with anticipation when we are peeling one for her. It is really cute.
Dh says that he heard that you can ear too much banana, that it has so much potassium in it that you can actually get too much. And then you would have to be careful about how much you get from then on.
So, is a banana a day too much? Or one and a half bananas a day to much? Or is this total nonsense and she can eat 3 a day if she wants? (not that I'd let her) She has a very balanced diet, but it seems like people love to offer her bananas.
What do you think?
