On the site they say they are only sending me $5 when they owe me almost $30 are they crazy!!!! They will be getting a call from me first thing monday morning. This is why I copy everything!

Update again! I have just gotten 3 different answers from 3 different people on what I have submitted. This is the second time they have tried to cheat me out of rebate money. I never thought I'd have this problem with them but seriously I was wrong. Im calling them again!

I quit doing the mail in rebates at Walgreens. When the address changed from Detroit to Young America I started having problems. After three months in a row of not getting my rebate, even with copies of my receipts, I quit. I like the Register Rewards. They sometimes have problems but the manager has always been nice and did whatever they could to fix it. And you can do it more than once. I was thinking of trying it again, but since you are having problems I'm not even going to start.

i called for the 4th time and got a different answer. now they want me to resubmit everything. if i dont get my money im contacting my attorney general. dont ever give up, contact your state attorney general.

ever since they moved rebate center to Texas I have problems with them every month FYI-You can call WG rebate center 7 days a week 7am-7pm cst

Who would you file it with? They have some serious issues here.

Rebates should not be this complicated, especially when they tell you in that monthly booklet that they have hundreds of dollars of savings. They just don't expect you to be ready to take advantage of it. That is crazy.

i know you can file aganist them with your state AG. ive given them time so im gonna see what happens tommorow.
