I have frozen the machine a few times in the past . I love living in Charlotte--Bi-lo triples make me very happy!

Yippee!!! I went to Concord and Charlotte yesterday. I had to go to three stores to get all I wanted since certain things were out of stock at some. My father was with me and he checked out with half my order so the register wouldn't freeze up.
At the first one my pre coupon total was $96. Three of my coupons beeped even though I'd bought the products. They hand entered them and my total went to .04. When the cashier tried to enter in the .04 the register wouldn't let him. Customer service guy came over and said "She doesn't owe you .04, we owe her. 04". They paid me the .04! I almost starting doing the happy dance on the way out!

Got back from my mini road trip to TN and I have to say I LOVE BI-LO's!! What great managers and staff. I had register problems (like others) for every one of my transactions and they jumped right on it without making me feel rotten!

I was happily surprised that the shelves were stocked since it was Sunday, but when I asked my cashier he said not many had taken advantage of triples.

Wow, Lynda - that's SUPER! I did a trip with BzyBee on Fri night/Sat morning. We didn't get home until 3 AM! I went back again late yesterday evening and the customer service manager said to me (when trying to buy 15 Mitchem deodorants - but split them up in 2 orders) - "Here at Bi-Lo, we only allow our customers to get 10 of each item." I said - "That's why I was going to split them into 2 orders." She said - "yeah, but that doesn't leave anything for our other customers then - that's why there's a 10 per item limit!" Oh - I was SO mad (but they only had 7 of the Mitchem anyway). I told her, "Someone else did the same thing, because your shelf is empty NOW...but no problem...next time, I'll send my daughter back in to get the rest of them if you're going to make a fuss over it!" She didn't like that too much. I'm not playing that game!!
