Default Bible Study--The Names of God

As you may already know, our beloved Christian blogger Melissa (MJ) is leaving to attend to other things! We will miss her dearly!

In the interim, I will be doing a Bible Study on the names of God. It is based on the book, Lord I Want to Know You by Kay Arthur.

The first blog: The Names of God--An Introduction will be posted May 1st. When it does I will post additional study questions here. I hope you all will participate with me!

Thanks!

We will miss MJ's blogs.

Valorie, this looks to be a very exciting series. I have not read the book,
but am looking forwards to the new blogs.

Names of God--Introduction is a blog series/Bible study on. . .well, the names of God. It will be published today and so I am listing the study questions for it here:

Read Pslam 20 and circle or make note of every word that has something to do with trouble, need, or help.

List the Lord's promises in this Pslam.

What are the conditions that need to be met in order for the promises to be fulfilled? (Trick question

According to this Psalm, what sets a person securely on high or in a safe place above the circumstances of the situation.

Based on your reading, why are we boasting in the name of the Lord?

! I completely forgot to write study questions for this! And I'm actually not quite done. But my kiddos are sick and so my prolific writing has taken a break!

Hehe, I meant to say "I've" instead of I (past tense). Keep up the good work.
