Biggest Loser, plateau
A couple months ago, my husband and I started watching "The Biggest Loser" and we were inspired to lose weight ourselves. We've been working out together at night, and to date I've lost 15 pounds! But, where I need some help is that I really want to lose that last 5 pounds. I've been having a bit a trouble, and I realize that my body might be keeping that weight around because it doesn't want to lose it. Thus, my dillemma! Any suggestions on how I can lose those last few pounds?
