Question Birthday Party

Our daughter's were born in Nov and Feb. With Christmas in between they get A LOT of toys. I'm wondering what to do about the next B-day party. They both have savings accounts and I would prefer that they get money to put in them but is it ever ok to tell people that. Or should I just write no gifts on the invitations? Then I feel that's unfair to daughter since her sister just had gifts in Nov. I've been putting toys away so they don't have all of them at once. Does anyone else have a problem with too many toys?
