Default Blending a family - a book?

There seem to be plenty of books on the subject of blended families. I don't want to read them all but I would like to get some recommendations.

If you've read some of these books and have a favorite I would appreciate knowing which books they are.

Thanks,
John

Hi....
am getting married in june to a wonderful man who has two young girls (i have a 7 year old girl). i am very clear with my daughter and his that they have a mommy who will always be their mommy and a daddy who will always be their daddy. but that he and i will be their step mom/dad. my daughter really gets it. i really foster her relationship with her dad and she tells my future husband that he's the "second best dad" and things like that.
but his little girls are 2 and 4. they love me and i'm good with kids (i teach a state funded pre-k program). but this is all new to me and i don't think they understand it very well, being so young. and their mom tells them things like i'm just their dad's 'wife' and not their 'mom'. i know i'm not their mom! but i am their step mom and i will never try to 'steel' their love from their mom.
anyone know any good picture books i can read with the girls to help out? i want them to understand a blended family and it's ok to have a step mom. thanks.....!

I'm afraid that you're ahead of me; I haven't even started looking for books yet. I'll be watching this thread to see if you get any good suggestions. Best wishes to you & your family--

When I remarried, my twin girls were 6 and they loved the book "Getting Used to Harry" that my new MIL gave us. Harry is the stepfather. I'm trying to paste the Amazon link in here, but I'm not sure I got it right.

Best wishes to you & our family--
