Default Body-For-Life

Has anyone tried the Body-for-Life program?
I really want to do it, but every time I start it, I find a way to sabotage myself. I'm sure it would be easier if I had a friend to work out with but that just isn't going to happen.
Has anyone done this program on their own and, if so, how did you do it?

This is a dumb question, but could you explain the challenge a little more? I found the website really confusing. It has an exercise plan and menues, but what exactly is the eating plan? I really like to be able to make my own stuff instead of following a menu. Also, when are we supposed to start? Can we just pick our own dates?

I'll post another blog tomorrow on the Eating-for-Life program and explain how easy the eating plan is with the Body-for-Life Challenge!

Okay, armed with the info Lisa posted and her blogs, I think I could do it. I'm in! I need something to keep me busy while we are waiting for our slooooowwwww adoption process!

One question, we don't have to post our before and after pictures do we?

Looking good Lisa! While you guys are getting started on the Body for Life challenge, the Fitness & Exercise blog is hosting the Spring Forward to Action 30 day challenge. In order to enter Round 3 for the Body-for-Life Challenge, we have to start no later than April 3rd (I started today) so your challenge beginning April 2nd should help us all out!
