Anyone every tried using this technique. I mean it seems kinda what came natural to most of us. I did have meds but I was induced. I want to try for an all natural birth next time. Just wanted to know if it was something you all have tried. Or if you just kinda winged it. Im reading the Husband Coached Childbirth book right now. I just got in like 20 mins ago and cant seem to put it down. I decided to see what you ladies think
