Default Breastfeeding multiples

I am planning on breastfeeding my twins. I want to only breastfeed at first then start pumping once I have the hang of it. I am not sure if I should feed my twins at the same time? Should I wake one up when the other wants to eat so they stay on the same schedule? I have heard a lot of mixed answers to this. I want them to feed on demand, but it would be easier if they ate at the same time. I don't want to force feed one though because it is easier on me.... I am not sure what to do.
