I posted the information below on another thread on 3/6. I got my 1st check a few days ago:
I just called to check on the status of the BreathRx rebates. I had called in before buying the gum and the mints to make sure that I could get both for free after the rebate. I was told that both could be submitted seperately for a full refund.
My 1st submission was processed and the check went out on 3/2. She said I could expect it this Thursday or Friday. (I mailed this rebate on 1/17.)
The rep said that there has been some miscommunication with BreathRx about the 2nd rebate. Letters are being sent out to everyone who did 2 submissions. These letters say that your 2nd submission has been denied, as it is a duplicate rebate. However, the rep said that we can ignore this letter, because BreathRx has confirmed that both rebates are legitimate, and they will be processing these 2nd checks next Tuesday. She told me I could expect to receive this 2nd check within 2-3 weeks. (I mailed my rebate on 1/24).
So if you get that letter, don't worry. Your 2nd check will be processed.
The BreathRx customer service number is (800) 471-7747, and the rebate co. that is handling these rebates for BreathRx is (877) 322-8355.
