Britany Spears is making the news again this week.

This time it isn't about singing or making cds. It is about her two sons.

Apparently, she did not heed the judge's verdict from the last court session that she was supposed to follow through with drug testing
and getting a new legal driver's license. She failed to do both of these and had to turn boys over to her ex-husband for temporary custody.

Instead of proper follow-through from the judge's rulings, she went for a coffee instead of court. What is more important here? Your own children or a cup of java?

Well. this is all very gossipy. But the woman clearly has issues, and isn't facing them.

My daughter had a talk show on the other day and the subject of Britney came up. The talk show host basically said "poor Britney, she never got the chance to be a kid and have fun like other teens. Why is the world so angry that this wonderful girl just wants a chance to be a teen and have some fun?"

I truly wanted to reach through the screen and stangle this woman who just justified every young woman or even old woman with a past to shirk her duties as a mom and then excuse it on not having had a great teen life.

Who cares if you lost out on your childhood? I was 19 when I found out I was pregnant, and from that day on, I was a Mommy and that was the MOST important thing in my life. I was younger then her when I had my first ((we were actually pregnant at the same time, BOTH times lol)) and my 2 are closer together then hers. I never had problems adjusting, or dealing. I didn't have to go out partying every night, or having some one else raise my kids. She needs to get her crap together for those boys. I think they are better off with the father!!!

At least the dad has made suitable arrangements with nanny and grandparents. If mom wants to party hearty, that's her business - but with all that money, she should be paying someone full time to take proper care of the children, even when she is around.

But then we're talking about someone who thinks it is funny to smash someone's parked car and just drive away.

More gossip. More fuss. More publicity about a bunch of nothing.
Who really cares? Who is out there for thousands of kids that need help and attention.
It is all to sell, sell, sell media clips and make more money from advertising. When will people really wake up and contact such media and let them know it is of no value. A scam.
To me it an absense of ture feeling. It is void of reality. It is fake. I want more substance from the media. How about you?
